The diagnosis came out of the blue (no symptoms) and I felt alone, scared and unique. We (me and Mrs S) chose to face it full on and enjoy life to the max. Organisations like the Cancer club have proven to be invaluable to help when I hit a mental brick wall and also helping talking to others who are also starting their cancer fight. The events have been brilliant, its a great club to be a part of even though none of us really want to be here. We are fighters and we have great support from all at the Cancer Club.
