Walk and Talk event in Southampton

On Sunday 2nd November, Cancer Club members in Southampton met together on the common for their latest “Walk and Talk” event. Seven members assembled at the gates to the common at 10.00am, then walked the short distance to the cafe for breakfast. Following a hearty breakfast, (no pictures available of what was consumed!), they spent the next hour walking round the common and talking.

These regular monthly get togethers are great for building friendships with other members as well as providing a positive boost for everyone’s health and well being.
